Michelle Moore is originally from Syracuse, NY. When she was eight years old, her mother moved them to Venice, FL and she went back and forth until she was 19 years old. When she was 19 she moved to Venice for good and never spent another winter in NY again!!! In 1996 her only child Cody was born and that was when she discovered the meaning of unconditional love. He is her pride and joy and there isn’t a moment that he doesn’t keep her on her toes! In 2001, with direction from her Aunt, she decided she needed a change and got into the mortgage business. She had officially found what she was meant to be doing. She loved the industry and developed a passion for wanting to help everyone which led into even greater things with our local non-profits. This is where she would eventually meet her husband Tony Moore! Tony was hired about 9 months after she was and they were immediate friends and each other’s biggest competition for Top Sales Producer in the company. It was always one of them!

Michelle would be winning all year long and then Tony would usually slide his way to the top at the final hour and would beat her!! It is something they joke about to this day. In 2007 they fell in love after building such a great friendship for the last 6 years! Tony & Michelle started working at Gulfside Mortgage Services when they opened their doors on 04/01/2002. They took over in 12/10/2010 and to this day are the only 2 original employees of Gulfside Mortgage Services. Michelle believes their story is rare but beautiful!
